Buff nails with 240-grit file for better adhesion

Clean with prep pad to remove dust, water and oil
apply
Remove adhesive tab film, apply at 45° angle from cuticle. Avoid placing on cuticle
press
Press root to tip, center to sides to remove bubbles. Hold 10 sec. Avoid water for 4 hrs.
